Day 48-44: Almost half way there!

So, I'm starting to pms and I'm bloating a bit. When I weighed myself, I was a pound up. So not the greatest. I decided that I won't take my measurements this week and wait until after after and see where I'm at. I hope the whoosh effect happens, so we'll see. I accidently rested twice last week too, so maybe that's apart of the gain too? I'm not sure. But continuing getting my steps. 

Day 52, 51, 50 and 49!

Yesterday I rested because I felt like my body needed it. All the other days I've been hitting my steps. I've been eating kind of funky. Not entirely sure if it was the healthiest, but I think I've still been under in my calories... This might be the week that I plateau. Next week I definitely need to add in weights because I feel like my core is getting weak. 

Day 53: MEASUREMENT DAY!!

Today was a busy day, but surprisingly I walked more than I normally do. I'm also surprised that I lost 2 pounds given that it was easter and I ate a lot and even cake... either way, it's very cool to see. I'm sure I'll be hitting a plateau soon, but we're just gonna keep on trucking.  Day 23 Stats:  Neck: 14 in Chest: 45 in Biceps: 12 in Waist: 38 in Hips: 45 in  Thighs 22 in   Weight: 214 lbs

Day 58-54: Today is Rest Day!

This is the first time I've gone 6 days in a row of 5 miles a day. It's kind of crazy to think that I walked 30 miles in a week. So that's pretty cool. My eating probably hasn't been the best, BUT I did stay within my calories. Today was easter, so I didn't eat the best and will probably be a little bloated tomorrow for weigh in day, but that's okay. I'm just proud I'm keeping up with my walking. I'm also feeling so much better, so this week I'm going to incorporate some weights :)  Any who, see ya tomorrow for measurements! 

Day 60 & 59: Feeling better!

 I'm finally feeling better! I was able to go on a hike yesterday and a nice long walk today because the weather has been beautiful. Food wise, pretty good too. I do have some back pain, so I'm trying to figure out what to do about that. I'll probably need to start adding yoga into the mix and weights. I still haven't done that since I haven't been 100% yet, plus I'm working on something for a film competition. Next week though, I'll add those in! 

Day 61: Measurement day!

Today was a rest day. I think I could have pushed myself, but I'm really not feeling well so I wanted to just have a relaxing day. If I do feel better tomorrow then I'll start incorporating weights. Eating wise, I've only had some leftovers... so we'll see what the rest of the day brings. But it is cool to see the progress. I'm already down 4lbs.  Day 15 Stats:  Neck: 14. in Chest: 46 in Biceps: 12 in Waist: 38 in Hips: 46.5 in  Thighs 22 in   Weight: 216 lbs
