Day 61: Measurement day!

Today was a rest day. I think I could have pushed myself, but I'm really not feeling well so I wanted to just have a relaxing day. If I do feel better tomorrow then I'll start incorporating weights. Eating wise, I've only had some leftovers... so we'll see what the rest of the day brings. But it is cool to see the progress. I'm already down 4lbs.

Neck: 14. in
Chest: 46 in
Biceps: 12 in
Waist: 38 in
Hips: 46.5 in 
Thighs 22 in  
Weight: 216 lbs
