Day 58-54: Today is Rest Day!
This is the first time I've gone 6 days in a row of 5 miles a day. It's kind of crazy to think that I walked 30 miles in a week. So that's pretty cool. My eating probably hasn't been the best, BUT I did stay within my calories. Today was easter, so I didn't eat the best and will probably be a little bloated tomorrow for weigh in day, but that's okay. I'm just proud I'm keeping up with my walking. I'm also feeling so much better, so this week I'm going to incorporate some weights :)
