Day 48-44: Almost half way there!
So, I'm starting to pms and I'm bloating a bit. When I weighed myself, I was a pound up. So not the greatest. I decided that I won't take my measurements this week and wait until after after and see where I'm at. I hope the whoosh effect happens, so we'll see. I accidently rested twice last week too, so maybe that's apart of the gain too? I'm not sure. But continuing getting my steps.
