Day 52, 51, 50 and 49!
Yesterday I rested because I felt like my body needed it. All the other days I've been hitting my steps. I've been eating kind of funky. Not entirely sure if it was the healthiest, but I think I've still been under in my calories... This might be the week that I plateau. Next week I definitely need to add in weights because I feel like my core is getting weak.
