Day 68: Measurement Day!
I did the thing, I didn't eat as much today and I've already hit my 10k steps. I think tomorrow I'm going to start adding in weights.

Neck: 14.5 in
Chest: 46.5 in
Biceps: 12.7 in
Waist: 38 in
Hips: 47 in
Thighs 23 in
Weight: 217 lbs
